4. Job Description – The Senior Associate will lead financial modeling and transaction advisory related assignments. The Senior Associate should be able to be able to manage two to three Associates / Analysts and graduate to Associate Director in two years.

5. Work Profile :

- Financial Modeling

- Developing and auditing high-end, complex financial models of international standards, ensuring compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & taxation practices, analyzing key business drivers and handholding clients on risk/return analysis.

- Scenario and sensitivity analysis

- Business Valuations and Investment Analysis – Evaluating businesses to analyze investment opportunities, performing due diligence and performing valuations exercise.

- Designing Financing Structures – Designing capital structure of projects, ensuring bankability of projects, using various debt and equity instruments.

- Contract Analysis – Reviewing project documents to assess the commercial and contractual implications under various contracts; specifically for Project Financing structures

- Negotiations with Project Participants –Negotiating commercial and contractual aspects of the projects with banks/financial institutions, contractors, and other third parties.

- Business Writing: Preparing reports, Information Memorandum, summary and presentations as required by the nature of assignment

- Conducting Training Programs for the clients.

- International Travel – The candidate may be required to travel overseas to client sites.

6. Educational Qualifications – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Commerce plus MBA / PGDM (in finance) from Tier 1 campuses. Additional qualifications - CFA

7. Work Experience – At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience required. Experience with banks or funds or similar advisory entities, prior knowledge on managing financial models and contract analysis is required.
