Sr Analyst - Valuations - CA - Big4

Responsibilities:

- Identification of listed company comparables

- Calculation of trading multiples & Financial Analysis

- Calculation of weighted average cost of capital

- Identification of comparable transactions and calculation of transaction multiples

- Conducting industry research including, but not limited to purchase price allocation analysis, competitor benchmarking, industry overviews and royalty rates research

Key Skills:

- CA-2011/2012 or MBA(Reg.)- 2008/2009/2010 or CFA 2009/2010 Passouts.

- Relevant exp in Valuation.

- Have strong knowledge of Valuation Principle and Financial statements

- Should have strong knowledge of accounting concepts.

- Expert knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel (with basic knowledge of charts & V-LOOK UPS.

- Reconcile reports and MS Excel workbooks created, before presenting to the client

- Analyze financial data sourced from financial statements and supporting schedules.

- Be able to add industry specific key performance indicators (KPIs)
