Sr Analyst - Compliance/Risk Management

Responsibilities:

- The successful candidate should be able to work in a multi-dimensional business that is heavily control focused. The candidate will also be required to balance daily, time sensitive matters with a strategic project workload.

- Providing day-to-day advisory service to Operations, Technology, Finance, Services & HCM on the firm's policies and regulations that apply to these functions.

- Help develop and deliver training as part of ongoing Compliance training program tailored to suit the individual requirements of our various businesses

- Review certain regulatory changes and ensure the business is able to support them

- Develop policies & procedures

- Work along side Operations & Technology Risk teams to identify and mitigate any compliance risk inherent in those areas

- Provide support to the OTF&S Compliance team on various global project initiatives.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- At least 2years experience working in a Compliance, Operations and / or Risk management functions

- Strong communications skills; oral, written and interpretive – must be able to comprehend what is said/written and ask probing questions

- Knowledge of the key rules and regulations governing the firm’s activities is preferred
