Our client is an IT MNC which constantly delivers applications services, infrastructure services, and business process outsourcing services globally through a combination of technology, domain and process expertise, looking for a Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager - BU HR to be based in Chennai.

- The role is responsible for driving the core HR programs such as Performance management, compensation and benefits, attrition analysis, employee engagement, performance appraisal etc.

Looking for candidates with an MBA and hard core experience as a Generalist HR from an IT company.
