Sr Account Manager - Pharma

Job Description

1.Provide customized value-added services, depending on the need of various pharmaceutical clients

2.Identify target clients in various specialty areas and generate leads on an ongoing basis

3.Position the products, services, and key advantages; differentiate services from other service providers to generate an interest within the target audience

4.Develop business/project proposals for various services/solutions

5.Orchestrate face-to-face meetings with the target audience and support the entire selling process from the initial meeting to discussions to pilots and contracts

6.Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets to ensure continued success and growth of the business

7.Effectively manage relationships with clients post initial sales cycle to continuously monitor satisfaction levels and identify further opportunities within the same account

8.Seek and acquire feedback from the market about value of services offered and thereby contribute to the conceptualization and development of new products and features

Desired Profile

1.Minimum 3+ years of experience in selling pharmaceutical services or in end-to-end solutions/medical sales

2.Experience in handling sales for clients, providing end-to-end solutions

3.Understanding of pharmaceutical businesses and various functions such as product management, field force training, and market research

4.Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills

5.Passion for networking

6.Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and applying them in identifying business opportunities

7.Sales acumen and work experience in pharmaceutical companies/hospitals/pharma services companies, with exposure to medical/pharmaceutical field
