Job Responsibilities :
- Understanding the core values of the company and its goals.
- Understanding & developing knowledge about micro markets & real estate projects
- Prospecting & relation-building with potential customers for new business.
- Building & nurturing long term relationships with Clients & channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
- Calling on leads provided by the company and self-generated.
- Helping clients in building their real estate investment portfolio
- Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring Service standards in line with company polices.
- Helping clients with site inspections & provide them transactional support
- Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller
- Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller
