Desired Candidate:

- Should have direct sales experience with large control span

- Should have excellent leadership & people management skills

- Should have proven record of leading high aggressive and target oriented team

- Should have excellent communications skills and high on Emotional Quotient

- Preferable sectors: Life Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or any other direct retail B-2-C profile

Job Description :

- The incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall P&L of his unit

- The incumbent will be responsible for setting up & managing the Sales team

- Should be able to drive and execute a scalable process driven real estate Sales ecosystem

- This includes formulating & executing the overall business plan, hiring the team across levels, engage in Business Development & product identification

- Responsible to control quality of business & implement processes

- Responsible for increasing the market share, motivating, and building effective Relationships both with internal & external stakeholders

- Desirable control span of 150-200 personnel

Education:

- Should have graduated between 2008-14

- Should be an IIM alumni
