Job Profile : :

1. Source Institutional 'Mandates' from Real Estate Developers

2. 'Mandates' would include being Strategic Consultant to the Developer and facilitate sales of housing projects

3. Execution of the 'Mandates' and facilitate sales of the real estate project through Channel Partners

4. Activisation and addition of Channel Partners

Candidature

1. Should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the real estate industry

2. Should have the experience of activating and managing large number of real estate channel partners

3. Should have excellent interpersonal skills as the role requires coordination between various inter-departments

4. Should have excellent vocabulary & presentation skills

5. Candidates who have worked with reputed builders in the past, would be preferred
