Associate Regional Manager
Square Yards is India's largest integrated platform for Real Estate & Mortgages and one of the fastest growing Prop-tech platform in UAE, Rest of Middle East, Australia & Canada.
- A well versed candidate who has an experience in tracking the daily performance of his Team Leaders and Sales personnel reporting to the team leaders.
- Along with performance tracking, a major focus should also be on generating 2X revenue through team members as result of holding an accountability of the P&L of that vertical.
Responsibilities :
1. Support the learning and development of the sales team
2. Scouting the business opportunities and ensuring a proper briefing to its team to achieve the Sales targets and revenue targets
3. Track and report all sales activities
4. Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
5. Establish a structured multi- channel sales framework across the business operations with a focus on building a high- performance Sales culture
A successful candidate must have :
- A MBA degree or any such equivalent degree
- Experience in dealing into Rental properties / B2B segment
- Experience in managing sales teams (Approx. number - 60 - 80 people)
- Experience in generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stability with the companies worked with
- Output deriving capability
Location preference : Gurgaon (Need people from Gurgaon location only)
Notice period : Currently serving notice period / 15 days Salary package offered- 22 LPA to 24LPA
Candidate having current salary package to apply : 18LPA - 20LPA
