Head of Lending : Sqrrl Fintech

Key Responsibilities :

- Building the Personal Loans business at Sqrrl, including P&L

- Drive customer acquisition strategies, through digital, partnerships and traditional networks.

- Work with the tech team to continuously improve on customer journeys, improve funnel through-puts & increase customer delight.

- Drive product innovation in solutions across customer segments

- Leverage analytics to arrive at actionable consumer insights.

Key Skill sets

- Good grip on Sales planning, execution and numbers delivery

- A team player through and through. Ability to work with multi disciplinary members in the team.

- Product thinker who wears a business hat

- Ability to convert data into insights

- Conversant with various marketing tech & analytics tools

Experience

- Post-Graduate from an institution of repute.

- 5-7 years of digital product management experience in consumer lending.

- Demonstrable experience of independently running building product & business models

- Strong communication and presentation skills
