We are looking for someone with deep analytical and product management skills to join our Product & Technology Team! As a member of Spyne's Product Management Team, your primary responsibilities will include working with the team to identify opportunities to improve the product and build entirely new experiences that our community will love. You will conceptualize, design, and build applications to enable millions of businesses to move online with superior visual content. You will directly work with the technology team, you'll support the marketing, sales, and operations team with smart automated solutions to their most pressing problems. What will be your key responsibilities? - Creating a world-class Self Serve SaaS Product experience with AI/ML at its center. - Leading the Web, Mobile and API experience of the AI product stack. - Own the VOC (Voice of the Customer) and represent it faithfully internally. Be obsessed with our customers - who they are, what their needs and pain points are, why they trust certain products and not others, etc - Talking to users - Large and small to better understand their needs and motivations. - Capture and articulate product feedback from multiple sources. You will identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve user experience - Own a product end-to-end either as an individual contributor or as a team leader. - Conduct periodic product backlog reviews, prioritizing with buy-in from all stakeholders, and representing business, customer, and partner impact - Own the end-to-end product development process, including business case definition, writing and scoping product requirements, creating feature specifications, testing and validating pre-release product, and more - Define, track, and analyze metrics and measures for product performance - Project management to align the technology team and ship products. - Stay up to date with the latest research in Computer vision and best product practices and bring the most important features back to Spyne products. - Prioritization and Roadmap Management, Work alongside all stakeholders to represent a true picture of priorities and future initiatives. - Diving deeper into the data to identify opportunities and learnings What you must have? - B.Tech. from Tier 1 engineering colleges (IITs, NITs) - MBA from a reputed college (IIMs, FMS, MDI or other tier 1 B-school) - Stellar oral and written communication skills - Natural peer and team leadership skills - Desire to work in a highly visible and critical role - 1+ years of Product Management experience - Extremely self-motivated and autonomous - Analytical. You should have plenty of experience looking at the data to inform your decisions. - Strong product intuition. You need to have an informed opinion to build a product from scratch. - Systems thinker. You should understand how even the smallest change affects the entire system. - Super detail-oriented. Small errors or oversights should jump off the screen for you.
