We, at Spyne, believe our next stage of growth is going to come from highly creative and focused Product Marketing efforts. The Product Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to implement positioning and go-to-market strategies to support our expansive growth. This is a hands-on role that will partner closely with product, sales, and engineering, leading the creation of compelling product documentation and sales assets. Leverage product, customer, competitor, market, and category insights to lead go-to-market strategy and influence what, when, where, why, and how we position our products and announce new features and products when they're ready. You will directly work with the Marketing team, you'll support the marketing, sales, and operations team with smart automated solutions to their most pressing problems. Job Responsibilities 1) Lead the development of product messaging and positioning, with an eye toward category creation across all relevant business categories and GTM to help position Spyne as an industry leader. 2) Own the development of creative and compelling content, including product documentation, videos, webinars, presentations, FAQs, sales sheets, blog posts, and customer communication. 3) Develop compelling and easy to understand internally facing content for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and others including; sales training, positioning, FAQs, and cheat sheets. 4) Work closely with the customer advocacy team to help cultivate stories and value testimonials 5) Partner with demand generation to tell compelling stories that help build demand and pipeline (campaigns, website, social, blog, SEO, video & more) 6) Work with Product team for key launch initiatives on platforms such as ProductHunt, Shopify, Wordpress, Google Chrome, etc Job Requirements 1) Experience with marketing B2B SaaS products in global markets 2) Demonstrated experience in product marketing that includes messaging and positioning, competitive analysis and positioning, quantitative and qualitative analysis, product launch management, GTM strategy, and sales tool development. 3) Proven track record in developing ICP, personas, value propositions, and mapping and go-to-market strategies. 4) 2+ years experience storytelling and delivering compelling product marketing results 5) 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree 6) Excellent written and oral communication skills. 7) Strong copywriting, messaging and storytelling skills 8) SaaS/ technical product marketing experience required 9) A high level of EQ and empathy to the challenges of working in a hyper-growth startup
