Senior Manager - Customer Success
Key responsibilities include:
- Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value
- Ensuring execution of client deliverables
- Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience as well as ensure delight
- Build relationships with customers, implement new programs to boost revenue and reduce churn rates
- Implement or improve current client onboarding processes
- Holding product demonstrations for customers.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Requirements and skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in Customer success manager or higher role
- Industry: Ecommerce, B2B SaaS
- Education: Any graduate degree with MBA (optional but preferred)
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service. Preference will be given to candidate with SaaS based experience
