JOB DESCRIPTION:  1. REFERRAL DOCTOR SERVICING  - Expansion of referral doctor base to the hospital.  - Building & maintaining relationships with referring doctors.  - Introduction with doctors for patient referral  - Maintaining relationships with the referring doctors.  2. EXPANSION OF HOSPITAL- S REACH AND VISIBILITY   - Planning and executing outreach clinics (OPD).  - Network Centre establishments.  - Assisting in market surveys and research for new business establishments.  - Exploring proposals for partnerships.  3. EMPANELMENT & TIE-UPS   - Empanelment with government, semi- government and private organizations.  - Tie up with insurance companies & TPA's.  - Strategic tie- ups with parties for business development.  - Follow up and progress monitoring.  - Relationship management with clients and business partners.   - Acting a single point of contact and hospital's representative in business communications.  4. BRAND BUILDING & ADVERTISING  - Assisting in planning and execution of the brand plan.   - Evaluating mediums for advertising.  - Coordinating with branding consultants and advertising agencies.  5. MEDIA AND PRESS RELATIONS  - Coordinating and maintaining relations with media and press.  - Corresponding with media.  - Liaison with the public relations agency of the hospitals.  - Organizing press conferences and media meetings.   6. INTERNATIONAL MARKETING  - Increasing visibility of hospital in foreign market.  - Tie - up with foreign insurance companies.  - Coordinating and communicating with patients wanting to seek treatment.  7. PERFORMANCE MONITORING  - Generating department related MIS.  - Activity reports of all marketing activities.  8. STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING  - Manage the sales & marketing teams.  - Performance evaluation.  - Assigning duties and responsibilities to team members.  9. EVENTS   - Planning camps & outreach programs.  - Planning and organizing CME's and Medical Seminars.  - Planning marketing events for the hospitals.  - Planning public awareness programs.  - Company's social responsibilities and social / public activities.  10. CUSTOMER HANDLING  - Handle VIP patients.  - Handling service delivery complaints.  - Assist in implementing measures for increased customer satisfaction.  11. To formulate Process Improvement programs and carry on quality Initiatives in the departments.  12. To perform all other jobs as may be assigned due to the exigencies of work.  13. Participation in continuous quality improvement
