Sprout Life - Manager - Demand Planning

1. Study previous months sales and develop forecast models for the next month/ quarter;

2. Co-Lead S&OP Meetings for validation of sales forecast;

3. Work towards improving Demand Forecast accuracy; Monitor and report important changes/ deviations from sales forecasts;

4. Ensure adequate inventory at all locations across multiple SKUs.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning/ forecasting role (preferably in a FMCG firm);

2. Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures;

3. Skilled in MS Excel and Good written and oral skills
