Role Name: Global Product Marketing Specialist What will you do : We are looking to hire a Global Product and Solutions Marketing Specialist who can drive the vision, strategy and execution behind a world class enterprise product marketing function at Sprinklr. Reporting to the CMO, The global product marketing will hire and lead the global product marketing team, and will be responsible for developing product messaging and positioning, defining the go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption and effective sales enablement. This is a high impact role within a growing marketing organization that will help define and build out a new category that is Customer Experience Management (CXM). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record with high-growth B2B SaaS companies and demonstrate strong product marketing leadership, preferably in a global capacity.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the global product marketing function at Sprinklr; define the vision, organizational structure, and key success factors that build credibility for the function internally and externally.

- Drive product marketing direction for Sprinklr, collaborating with other marketing functions such as integrated marketing, digital & marketing operations, field, partner and customer marketing.

- Work closely with global sales leadership to drive GTM efforts and enable them with the right messaging, content, training and collateral to drive outbound campaigns and pipeline creation.

- Translate product and feature centric messaging into persona and industry-focused messaging.

- Own and maintain product and solution centric content on the Sprinklr website.

- Provide input and strategy into product roadmap, strategy, and pricing based on market and customer research, industry analyst interactions and competitive findings.

- Partner with the analyst relations team to drive visibility and category leadership for Sprinklr offerings within major analyst reports (Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, etc)

- Use customer, partner and competitive research to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging.

- Develop and own product positioning, messaging and value propositions that differentiate Sprinklr solutions in the marketplace.

- Craft engaging audience-specific content, including case studies, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized globally.

- Conduct ROI analysis and develop content to help customers make the business case for Sprinklr.

- Gather competitive intelligence on our key competitors and develop differentiation parameters for the field and for external consumption.

What We're Looking For :

- 7+ years of relevant experience in large enterprise SAAS based organization

- Exposure in Product Marketing globally with depth in this domain

- Experience of working in hyper-growth and large tech companies (Consumer and SaaS experience ideal).

- Meritocratic professional with demonstrated experience in hiring, nurturing and growing a high performing team.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate highly complex information in clear and simple language.

- Ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured data-supported way.

- Experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.

- Proven track record in building, getting buy-in and executing marketing plans, and staying focused on "getting it done" in a fast-moving, technical environment.

- Able to coordinate across many teams and perform in a fast-moving environment.

- Demonstrated experience building credibility with and delivering results for product teams, sales teams and customers.

- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications.

- Uses data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development.
