What will you do:

We are looking to hire a Director of Integrated Marketing who can drive the vision, strategy, and execution behind a world-class integrated marketing function at Sprinklr. Reporting to the VP of Integrated & Field Marketing, the Director of Integrated Marketing will lead the global campaigns team and will be responsible for developing and executing the integrated marketing plan to meet the demand & pipeline goals. This is a high-impact role within a growing marketing organization that will help define and build out a new category that is Customer Experience Management (CXM). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record with high-growth B2B SaaS companies with proven experience in building, scaling, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to meet the demand and pipeline goals, preferably in a global capacity.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the global campaigns team at Sprinklr; develop and execute the integrated marketing plan across our market segments, regions, and target audiences.

- Drive global campaign direction for Sprinklr, collaborating with other marketing functions such as brand marketing, product, digital, field, partner, and customer marketing.

- Understand the persona and customer journey to deliver differentiated programs across market segments & buying journeys.

- Translate product, persona, and industry-focused messaging into campaign themes and orchestrate marketing programs across the digital and physical channels and buying stages to drive a holistic engagement with business and technical decision-makers and accelerate new business within the focused market segments.

- Collaborate closely with product & solution marketing, content marketing, digital, creative, customer advocacy, field marketing, and paid media teams while optimizing the marketing mix across channels to drive conversion into the pipeline.

- Communicate key campaigns and assets to internal constituents, including field, partner, customer marketing, sales teams, and 3rd parties, and establish a structured feedback loop to ensure successful Campaign GTM.

- Conduct analysis, review, and update quarterly and yearly goals, and adjust where needed to stay on target to meet campaign & pipeline goals

What We're Looking For :

- 10+ years of relevant experience in large enterprise SAAS-based organization

- Exposure in Integrated Marketing with depth in this domain.

- Experience working in hyper-growth and large tech companies (Consumer and SaaS experience ideal).

- Meritocratic leader with experience in hiring, nurturing and growing a high-performing team.

- Demonstrated experience in working with content marketing to guide and influence content development

- Fluency in integrated marketing metrics and approaches to test and optimize them

- Data-driven marketer. Comfortable reading and analyzing data, using it to inform marketing plans, prioritize investments, and lead data discussions with key business stakeholders.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate highly complex information in clear and straightforward language.

- Ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured data-supported way.

- Experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end-users.

- Proven track record in building, getting buy-in, executing marketing plans, and staying focused on "getting it done" in a fast-moving, technical environment.

- Able to coordinate across many teams and perform in a fast-moving environment.

- Demonstrated experience building credibility with and delivering results for the sales teams.

- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.

- Uses data to measure results and inform decision-making and strategy development.
