Responsibilities : - Analysis of different deep dives for business on indicators such as headcount, budgeting, performance management, attrition alongwith HR Business partners - Creating and maintaining dashboards to develop data models for recruitment using key metrics such as time to fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire and effectiveness ratios - Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership - Ensuring data maintenance and data accuracy of different business groups at all time data audit - Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics. - Evaluating new tools in the market - best for internal practices - Owning Background Verification process - Tracking various (Culture and Talent) projects working with diff internal stakeholders - Based on metrics and analysis, propose recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance. - Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives. - Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. - May assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets. - May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes. Required Skills/Abilities : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Skills/Tools: Advanced Excel, Tableau, HRIS systems like Workday, Data visualization, SQL Education : Bachelor's Degree/Masters in a related discipline such as Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems Experience : At least three years of experience in related areas
