Springforth Capital Advisors (SFCA) is an Investment Banking and Capital Advisory Services firm pioneered by an eminent group of professionals and industry experts. SFCA is looking for Senior associates and associates, the detailed requirements are listed below:

Position : Associate / Sr Associate

- This is an intermediate level position.

- The Senior Associate/Associate is responsible for many essential components of transaction execution and client relationship management.

- He/she is typically involved in origination and execution of transactions and has developed the experience to function as an associate on some financing or advisory mandates.

- The individual gets to work in a very rewarding, high paced environment.

Role and responsibilities :

- Lead the whole process end to end, from origination and execution to deal closing

- Focus on new Business Development through regular industry coverage, primary and secondary research, prospect meetings and industry events.

- Develop investment thesis and marketing collaterals including Information Memorandum, teasers, pitches etc.

- Financial analysis, valuation and modelling based on client's needs

- Liaison with the potential investors / lenders such as banks & financial institutions on a continuous basis and take specific transactions to the closure.

- Co-ordinate on due diligence and documentation

- Assist with the training and development of junior team members

- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Skills :

- Proficiency in financial modelling and knowledge of valuation methods such as DCF, comparable analysis etc.

- Superior qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

- Ability to work/manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines

- Good communication skills

Qualification : MBA, CFA or an equivalent degree
