Your Experience Across The Years in the Roles You've Played :
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment firms focused on Startup hiring
- Required direct experience in aggressive outreaching and partnerships with recruiters and - recruitment firms
- Required excellent communication and high energy
- Required a data orientation for maximum impact
- Has been a high performing team member
About the Role:
Spottabl is looking for an energetic candidate with experience in volume hiring and outreaching various stakeholders for partnerships. The right candidate must come with a background in aggressively partnering with recruiters, independent talent consultants and recruitment firms across specializations. The candidate will be working extensively with the Head of Supply and Partnerships.
