Job Profile -

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Regions- sales goals.

- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the Regional sales team, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.

- Hold regular sales reviews and monitor sales pipeline.

- Training & mentoring sales team.

- Develop contact with potential customers in the industry via networks and research.

- Working closely with marketing team in creating offerings and lead generation.

Skills Required -

- At least 8+ years of relevant sales experience. A minimum of 5 years- experience of working at a Sports Marketing Media Company

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales, preferably in brand / event sales.

- Passion and belief that Sports is an engaging medium for Brands to reach out to their Target Group.

- Experience of leading a sales team, with proven results of successfully achieving sales targets.

- Experience in handling and servicing clients, primarily in verticals like Media, Ad Sales and Events.

- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Experience in customer relationship management, ability to understand customer needs & provide customized solutions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with the team.

- Good leadership quality and organisation skills.

- Excellent network with CXOs/ brand & marketing heads.

- Good industrial knowledge and one who keeps himself/herself updated with market trends.
