Ideator

Job Description:

We are looking for a young and creative professional to support our idea generation process. The job entails creating sports led marketing and activation programs for brands. This would involve ground work in terms of researching about the brand, its current marketing programs and its messaging to develop a good understanding about brand requirements. You would then work/ ideate with client and business development team to create effective proposals on how brand can leverage sports for its brand communication and/ or how a brand can leverage sports to engage with its consumers. If you see the need and the possibility of dramatic improvement in almost everything, you are brimming with game changing ideas that fade away if not for execution troubles, you love sports and you have a background or interest in brand marketing, then this position is just right for you.

Responsibilities:

- Continually inspire our clients with game changing sports led ideas that meet their marketing/ employee engagement objectives

- Work closely with client and business development team to fine tune the ideas to create innovative implementable solutions that meet the client requirements

- Conduct research on prospective clients to understanding their brand communication and marketing programs

- Keeps abreast of current trends in the Indian sports market, international sports activation industry, as well as the latest technological advances

- Participate in business strategy discussions to uncover huge business needs and opportunities

- Partner with others on the team to make your and their ideas shine

Qualifications:

- Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communications skills. Being able to bring an idea to life on a white board or presentation is also quite important

- 5+ years of professional experience

- Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously

- Computer literate

- Team player

- Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented

- Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience preferred
