We currently have an opening for a "Manager - Advertising Operations" and are looking for professionals with experience in the content industry with up to 2 years' of experience. Job Description: - Knowledge/hands on experience on DFP is must as this role is for Publisher side ad operations. - Managing campaigns via DFP &amp; other Ad servers, campaign execution, optimization, and managing highly effective display campaigns for day-to-day ad campaign success, pacing and optimization and reporting. - Solving issues regarding creative specs, campaign set-up and tracking, and develop campaign measurement requirements. - Implement, review and QA creative assets, tags, and tracking codes to ensure proper delivery and tracking of campaigns. - Oversees daily ad operations across multiple campaign activities. - Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution. - Close monitoring of assigned campaigns and taking actions as required. - Daily management includes trafficking, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns. - Trafficking and implementation of targeting and 3rd party tracking to support specific requirements of a sale. - Partner with different teams to maintain advertiser client relationships and their campaigns. - Good understanding of online ad campaign metrics and analysis, including CPM, CPC, CPA, CPS advertising models. - Familiarity with rich media tags and a basic understanding of JavaScript, Flash, and HTML. - Assist in setting up and delivery of Advertising campaigns on various ad servers. - Maintaining detailed reports and trouble shoot various issues to effectively run advertising campaigns. - A creative approach to problem solving, strong excel skills and competency in numeracy and logical reasoning. - Ability to multi-task priorities under tight deadlines. - Team player / collaborative operating style - Must be willing to work in a 24/7 support team. - Knowledge of affiliate marketing/willing to learn affiliate marketing will be considered as a plus point - Knowledge and hands on experience on platforms like PubMatic, Appnexus, Rubicon, Pulsepoint, Zedo, OpenX etc will be considered as a plus point. - Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing like Header bidding, PMP, RTB, Video, App and ---Native advertising operations Skills Required: - Proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel) - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Experience managing a high volume of tasks and comfortable with prioritization of work irrespective of time - Adaptive to change and the ability to learn quickly - Good verbal and written communication &amp; data presentation skills. - Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Location : Bangalore How to apply?
