We are currently looking for a person to head the Program Advertising department and the right fit would be a person with the below experience: Programmatic Experience: - Enable the growth of programmatic revenue. - Work with Sales, Product, key stakeholders - understanding of digital video marketplace, vendors, and third-party technologies - Led all aspects of the execution of a programmatic campaign including implementation, optimization, inventory, and audience strategy. - Onboard new vendors, follow up on payments, optimize the ad layouts of the website. Leadership Experience: - Responsible to hire, onboard, develop and drive delivery excellence for programmatic and audience personnel across the department. - Leading with examples Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of ad operations, ad trafficking, and direct & programmatic revenue management - Extensive understanding of digital video marketplace, vendors, and third-party technologies - Experience with GAM. - Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
