Head of Digital Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will oversee digital marketing &amp; SEO teams to grow traffic and rankings. He/She will be expected to conceptualize and execute all digital marketing efforts while optimizing on specific metrics. The person will be managing a team of 15-20 people. Key responsibilities: - Formulate and execute the strategies for SEM/ASO/SEO, affiliate, alliances and APP marketing - Generate leads from every possible source while controlling overall ROI. Come up with innovative ideas and growth hacks to drive more business - Track, report and optimize key business metrics across different channels using a variety of tools - Manage all SEO efforts to ensure constant improvement in organic traffic and organic business volumes - Optimize all paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Youtube to get the max number of conversions at the best possible ROI - Understand our target group perfectly and translate that knowledge to create the perfect targeting across all digital channels - Discover and manage relationships with influencers and other corporate alliance partners in order to generate more leads - Find and manage relevant affiliate marketing agencies that can run performance driven campaigns to drive more business - Managing a team and setting of KRAs. Requirements: - At least 5-7 years of experience managing large scale digital marketing campaigns - Candidates from Tier -1 colleges will be preferred. - Exposure to the publishing domain will be an advantage - You must be data-driven, analytical, self-actualized &amp; enthusiastic with a proven track record - Excellent understanding of SEO concepts and demonstrable experience of growing organic traffic at a previous organization - Proven lead generation capabilities through paid digital mediums. - Will be required to manage a team - Excellent hands-on exposure of managing large scale campaigns on Adwords, Bing, Facebook and other ad platforms. - Experience running both low budget and high budget campaigns that can generate a high number of leads at a favorable ROI - Good managerial skills to handle a team - Past experience of managing relationships with influencers, agencies and alliance partners with regular correspondence to maximize lead flow About Sportskeeda : Sportskeeda connects fans, pundits and athletes from all over the world.
