The Opportunity Location: Remote Experience: 5+ years Role: Full-Time Candidates must have strong analytical abilities. The role will require constant analysis of data and development of recommendations to improve processes, tools and products to ensure optimal execution of campaigns. Develop and review dashboards and ad campaign performances in order to generate reports and come up with informed, fact-based solutions that increase the performance of advertising campaigns. The role will require mentoring, coaching, training and empowering the Advertising Operations team to enable constant improvement in performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all aspects of the Ad Operations department. - Develop and implement best in class processes, procedures and tools to ensure optimal efficiency in campaign execution and maximize overall client satisfaction. - Develop and maintain relationships with DSPs, Clients, SSP's , ad tech providers. - Key leader in developing, implementing and optimising programmatic strategy, First party data strategy, Audiences. - Work with the Product Team to help with development, prioritisation and roll-out of advertising operations products. - Provide training, mentoring and coaching to the Ad Operations team to ensure they are empowered and set up for success so they can work independently and efficiently. Requirements: - Fluency in ad tech,, mar tech (CDPs, DMPs) - Manage campaign timelines and deliverables across internal and external teams - Min 5+ years of experience in ad operations. - Deep knowledge of ad execution and data technologies, such as SSPs, DSPs and DMPs. - Demonstrate a repertoire of skills such as scheduling, prioritising, organising, planning, problem solving, decision-making, financial savvy, attention to detail and follow through. - Strong analytical abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organised and detail-oriented self-starter with proven problem solving skills. - Comfortable in a fast-paced sales-driven work environment. - History of effective cross-functional collaboration across multiple office locations.
