About the role :

We, at SportsBuzz11 are seeking a talented and passionate Product Analyst to join our fantasy sports company. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing user data, identifying product opportunities, and optimizing the user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to shape our product strategy and drive continuous improvement. As a Product Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills, sports knowledge, and understanding of user behaviour to create engaging and innovative fantasy sports products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze user data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user behavior, preferences, and engagement.

- Use statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights and provide data-driven recommendations for product enhancements.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.

- Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs and market trends.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for product differentiation.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance to inform decision-making and future product iterations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support product planning, feature prioritization, and roadmap development.

- Act as a subject matter expert on fantasy sports industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Skills Required :

- 1-2 years of experience in core Analytics domain

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines). A Master's degree is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, using tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or similar technologies.

- Deep understanding of the fantasy sports industry and familiarity with fantasy sports platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is preferred.

- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management processes is a plus.

- Fantasy is a must have.
