Key objectives of the role will be -
- Identifying, building, and sustaining relationships with prospective buyers and customers
- Learn details about our products and services and demonstrate with confidence.
- Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants and position how our solutions align with their pain points.
- Lead Generation, qualifying, closing opportunities through process/target driven sales.
- Investigate leads, recognize competition and strategize selling.
- Organize and Manage Sales Campaigns
- Track, monitor and report/present to Management with key sales KPIs
- Writing and presenting winning proposals with the support of cross-functional teams
- Provide feedback and customer /field response to Product Team.
Essential Skill set (Must Have) -
Skills and Experience -
- Candidates must have a minimum 3 years of business development and/or outside/inside sales experience in the Auto/Mechanical Component/Software
Required Skill Set -
- B2B Sales Exposure in Automobile/Component/Industrial parts or equipment and/or Software Product sales.
- Ability to understand pain points of prospective buyers w.r.t Auto/Industrial Ecosystem
- Ability to contribute to effective sales strategy
- Ability to effectively articulate (verbally and in written form) in industry specific lingo
- Ability to clearly document sales activities and opportunities and present.
- Ability to prepare and present winning presentations at the executive level in MS Word,
- Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable command of the entire sales process
- CRM usage knowledge
