RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have a deep understanding of the organization's multiple services, its go-to-market strategy and execution of business plans.
- Act as a Servant Leader to the team ensuring that the team has all resources required to operate successfully.
- Responsible for the overall revenue targets of Account Management Vertical.
- Build, groom and manage a team of Account directors/Accounts managers .
- Foster and work to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
- Building solid relationships with Corporates' Key stakeholders, as well as teams of the organization.
- Work aggressively on business development, promotion and building the brand of the organization.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the Organization's Service offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Manage and evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't while exploring value addition.
- Assessing sales and business operations and implementing improvements as needed.
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new service offerings to satisfy clients' needs.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Creating a 360-degree feedback loop between client teams and our internal teams and presenting business and marketing opportunities to the management.
- Updating the Account Management team about the new service offerings and sharing insights about the market and our specialisation.
Skills required:
- Degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
- Proactive & self-motivated, willing to take the lead and provide quality leadership to Account Management team
- Big-Picture Thinking
- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Detail-oriented and persuasive.
- Experience of interacting with stakeholders across the corporate sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships
