Sportism - Analyst - Financial & Strategy

Requirement:

- A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an analytical discipline (e.g., finance, accounting, mathematics)

- 2 - 8 years of work experience

- Stellar problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment

- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, internal and external stakeholders

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling

- Highly curious, self-motivated, collaborative, reliable, detailed and meticulous

Role and Responsibilities:

- Maximize impact on finance strategy, investor relations, shareholder value creation

- Understand investor thesis, attract and retain top quality investors by prepping for roadshows, investor conferences and other events

- Ensure top class investor communication

- Track industry as well as peer performances and benchmark with best-in-class companies

- Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders

- Create supporting financial materials for business initiatives, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, and strategic plans
