Sr. Media Planner
The Media Planner is an important member of a broader Strategy team, which pursues and activates against meaningful insights with the goal of driving measurable results. The Media Planner's key skills-set includes deep analytical skills, math proficiency, significant creativity, and great attention to detail.
Key Responsibility :
- Campaign maintenance ensuring quality control and adherence to overall media plan objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with media suppliers and stay abreast of market conditions.
- Ensure regular reporting is delivered on time and accurately
- Ensure that campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies
- Utilization and knowledge of syndicated media, research, and other data resources
- Active participation in account status meetings.
- Preparation of client media performance documents
- Active participant to the overall billing process - responsible for collecting and inputting data
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree; major in Marketing information management, business, mathematics would have an advantage.
- Upto 2-5 years in a Media agency. Television planning background is a must.
- Digital is an added experience and will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding and working on BARC, TAM, Adex data points and software is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Good at numbers and having attention to detail
- Able to work successfully within a team, handling high volume workload, and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Strong analytical abilities & proficiency in math
- Excellent proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
