- A leading Sports, Lifestyle and Entertainment company is looking for a Lead - International Events to join their team in Mumbai.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent Time Management skills

- Worked with international delegations/ MICE / Sports led events or sessions

- Hands-on experience of large scale/ international event management, production

- Good collaboration skills and relationships in the sports world along with vendors and sports management understanding

- Prior experience of coordinating with international organisations

- Prior experience in making and presenting decks

- Worked on international projects (Added Advantage)

- 15+ years of overall experience

As a Lead - Events, you will:

- Deliver and execute strategic large-scale events of international stature

- Manage large scale national and international teams

- Make decisions on the go

- Plan the working P&L, budgets, costing etc

- Maintain excellent relationships with local authorities, national and international organisers and official bodies

- Liaise with different internal and external teams, multiple vendors etc

- Manage teams to; Hire vendors, produce detailed proposal, research venues, suppliers and contractors, negotiate pricing, suppliers and all event related logistics

- Manage the entire cycle of pre and post event planning and execution
