Sporjo - Head - Education

- Own the P&L for the education vertical at Sporjo

- Lead the Education team for both- online and offline programs at Sporjo

- Drive the entire lifecycle of student experience- right from conceptualising the courses, designing the curriculum to marketing to admissions, to counselling, and fulfilment.

- Develop workshops and learning modules.

- Set up a team of teachers, facilitators, mentors passionate about teaching sports.

- Set up systems and processing for seamless execution.

- Ensure strict adherence to course timelines, especially for online products

- Be on a look out for latest trends and technology to influence continuous process excellence.

- Work closely with different teams - Counsellors, Fulfilment, Marketing, HR, Content, Designers etc and other internal and external stakeholders to achieve the yearly objectives.

- Track the program and team success on set KPIs

- Take corrective actions to ensure the programs are contemporary, updated and execution is flawless.
