SpoonJoy is an online food delivery startup. We deliver healthy and delicious food (regular meals as well as Fruits/Snacks/Sprouts/Salads) at your doorstep.

SpoonJoy is founded by IIT, IIM alumnus and has raised Series-A from Tier-I investors. Team members have previously worked with companies like McKinsey, FlipKart, Myntra, WeChat, UrbanTouch, PayU.

Responsibilities:

- Be the engine that will contribute to all major business decisions, and help makes sense of a large amount of data in a rapidly evolving consumer space

- Responsible for Analysis, Profiling, Segmentation, Insights Sharing, MIS and Dashboards for all operations related activities

- Execute quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights.

- Analyze data to gather customer behaviour insights, understand market, and analyse product performance

- Design & setup business performance metrics to enable more accurate decision making

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, numerical capabilities (Data interpretation and comfort with numbers) and structured thinking a must.

- Ability for exploratory data analysis with good understanding of R/SQL and Data analysis tools

- Experience with using Google analytics, Mixpanel & similar tools is a plus

- High ownership and Meticulous planning

- Understanding of user buying & decision-making behaviours

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degreee from Tier - 1/2 college

- 1+ Years experience in an analytics role

Salary Range: 6-8 LPA
