Sponsorship Sales Manager

- The Sponsorship Manager is primarily responsible for creating new business relations and securing sponsorship investment for our international business conferences.

- You will work closely with all departments within the company to generate sales strategies for securing new business.

- We will provide you with extensive sales training, career development opportunities, as well as an environment that is fast paced, competitive and highly sociable.

Job Role:

- Identify and secure vendor investment for regional conferences produced from IQPC India & South Africa Office.

- Explore partnering and alliance with industry and business community to strengthen and enhance conference products.

- Work closely with the Business Development Director, Team Leaders and Production Team in producing events.

- Manage relevant sponsorship budgets, payment receipts and on-site logistics (with the co-operation of the operations team)

This role reports directly to the Sales Manager, India & Africa.

Qualification & Experience:

- Any graduate, with minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably from events/seminar/space selling/sponsorship background.

- Highly motivated, self-driven and goal orientated with an ability to interact at all levels.

- Acute competency in high level negotiation, both face-to-face and over the telephone.

- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment, working within short sales cycles.

- Entrepreneurial & natural networker.

- Excellent English communication skills.
