The ideal candidate should possess production experience and robust skills in formulating and overseeing work plans. Additionally, the project manager will be responsible for regularly preparing and presenting updates to relevant management channels to ensure the realisation of our innovation goals.

Role Objectives:

- Foster the growth and development of the project team to ensure optimal performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, encompassing the identification of schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, with a focus on risk mitigation.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

- Analyse project status and, if necessary, adjust the scope, schedule, or budget to meet project requirements.

- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, serving as the day-to-day contact for project status and changes.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and uphold processes for managing scope throughout the project lifecycle, defining quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.

- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.

- Allocate and monitor resources to enhance project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels, escalating issues as necessary based on the project work plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Six or more years of project management experience.

- Proficiency in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.

- Strong adherence to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.

- Demonstrated success in working with all levels of management.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Outstanding presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Professional certification such as PMP

- Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite

- Awareness of latest technologies and trends

- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

- Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.

- Background in coaching project team members to enhance their abilities and skill sets.
