Splenta - Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks effectively and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues proactively, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

- Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and quality standards.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to minimize potential project disruptions.

- Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management methodologies and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to scope.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and relevant technical software (depending on the specific projects).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Manager role with PMP certification

- Hands on experience with Java Stack, Angular JS, Mobile development technologies like Flutter
