Core Responsibility - Strategize & Build Splash Math's Next generation offerings ; Build highly engaging and unique product experiences geared towards kids of different ages. - Develop strategies for engaging kids through a gamified learning experience with a focus on improving learning outcomes. - Understand the competitive landscape, identify market requirements, and drive overall product vision. - Own the full product development lifecycle - from product ideation to determining KPIs, and to market launch. - Develop innovative features and concepts to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Work closely with product, curriculum, development, game design, and graphics team for strategizing and developing the product. - Hire and manage product, user interface, and game design teams. Qualifications and Skills - 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced tech (preferably consumer) companies. - Obsession with understanding and solving the needs of end-users. - Experience in running customer interviews/surveys, creating user personas, conducting A/B tests across channels, and hands-on with data analysis - Funnels, Segmentation, Cohort Analysis. - Leadership and communication skills, experience in team management and recruitment.
