Job Description - Communications Manager  StudyPad is growing fast, and we are adding high-performance individuals to our key business areas.   We are seeking out for a Communications Manager who would handle all aspects of content generation and distribution at Splashmath. In this role, you will streamline our inbound and outbound communications and enable online conversations with our target audience.   Key Skills :  Content writing, Market research, Communications, Social media management, Quality Control, PR, Project Management   Qualification & Experience :  - UG: B.Tech / B.E. - Any Specialization  - PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization  - Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required  - Bachelor degree or higher; any major  - 2-3 years of communications, inbound marketing, and/or content marketing experience  - Knowledge of major social media platforms and the related automation tools such as Hootsuite  - Good content writing skills; ability to understand the target market, and adapt content to fit their persona  - Brand or Communications agency experience would be a plus  - Knowledge of graphic design tools would be a plus  - Ability to deliver under tight deadlines  Responsibilities :  This role requires a combination of managing, writing, and inter-personal skills. The key tasks performed would include, but are not limited to:  - Manage the editorial calendar, and take ownership for all content marketing efforts across B2B and B2C segments  - Understand our brand story, target market and segmentation strategies. Know the marketing hooks and how content is structured around them  - Conduct market research to document understand competitors- content marketing strategies, and recommend improvements   - Collaborate with the strategy, creative, sales teams, and freelance writers to gather all content assets, and obtain approvals before sending  - Weave a world of imagination using facts about our company and industry: write short- and long-form content pieces (blog, social media post, presentation, brochure, web content etc.) based on the editorial calendar  - Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of outbound content - from file naming and grammar to image size and meta-data  - Develop and implement new strategies to create conversations with our audience on online channels   - Ensure all pieces of content are on-brand and consistent in terms of style and quality  - Support outbound communications such as webinars, events etc.  - Liaise with the PR agency to make sure right content is generated and delivered in timely manner  - Interface with the sales teams to make sure their content needs   - Establish all internal processes for content management for all sales and marketing efforts  About the Company :   - StudyPad's vision is to transform K-12 learning by making it fun and personalized for every child and to prepare the children for skills required in 21st-century.
