JOB TITLE : Market Research Analyst

JOB LOCATION : Bangalore

EXPERIENCE : 4 – 7 years

QUALIFICATION : MBA (any specialization)/ BE/ B Tech/ Graduates in Statistics/Economics/Operation Research

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Do segment wise analysis of market

- Create detailed reports / presentations with required information

- Developing reports, recommendations and insights from sales pipeline data

- Interfaces with BU PMMs on developing Funnel model & dashboards

- Produces meaningful analysis to spearhead new initiatives for improvement in marketing and analytics
processes (sales pipeline management and QFPS)

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Exemplary Analytical skills

- Good problem solving ability

- Ability to go beyond numbers and provide well thought out insights

- Aptitude to understand technical concepts and understand Spire business, products and solutions

- Expert in MS Office applications

- Understands timelines and aims at delivering on time

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Excellent Report writing and presentation

- Ability to prioritize and plan work load and manage time effectively

- Logical Reasoning, Analytical Bend of Mind

- Be able to work under tight deadlines without compromising on quality

- Applies feedback to improve performance
