JOB TITLE : Inside Sales Representative

EXPERIENCE : 4-7 years

- Any Graduate/Diploma with 4-7 years’ experience in Telesales/ Inside Sales/Account Management with a proven track record of successful achievement against an individual quota. Collaboratively work with assigned Business Development Manager on the overall territory plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners

- Achieve/exceed monthly meeting targets by prospecting new customers through email or cold calling campaigns

- Manage daily schedule, meetings, agenda, both internal and in conjunction with field sales team

- Manage/update territory and activity trackers for sales reporting

- Focusing on Campaign planning, campaign execution, campaign administration and campaign result with prime
focus on campaign execution.

- New Business Development: Fully responsible for developing new client base across the assigned regions

- Brand Building: Promote the company as the preferred brand in the market research and strategic consulting
industry

- Events, Webinars and Campaign Management: Select the events industry event to participate and plan the
complete execution to create better brand awareness, increased visibility and business development.

- Strategic Selling & Account Management: Selling services to ensure maximum client satisfaction and
generation of repeat business.

- Post Sales Customer Relationship Management: Obtain feedback from the clients and recommend the needful action to ensure customer satisfaction

SKILLS :

- Excellent English speaking skills

- Ability to use and enter data into Salesforce.com a big plus

- Past experience calling into North American market desired

- Understanding of cloud bases product sales cycle desired

- Good interpersonal skills
