Job Description :

1. Design and improve spare parts stores/warehouses process to ensure seamless material flow from in to out

2. Design operations control KPIs for stores/warehouses across India and establish review mechanism

3. Operations mindset is required to lead and train on-ground team of new upcoming stores

4. Develop SOPs for stores/warehouses

5. Work with product team to ensure product development in alignment with on-ground processes

6. Create and own operations control tower to bring visibility in the system

7. Should have clear problem solving attitude and should be excellent with process improvement and process excellence strategies.
