- Build the Capacity

- Control the Quality (% of return cars from Hub)

- Control the cost (Cost variation from pre-refurb job sheet)

- TAT of Warranty claims

- NPS of customer of warranty claims

Education and Skill Required

- 2+ years of hardcore ops/scm experience with 1+ year in team handling Good in execution, cross-functional team management.
