About the role: Reporting Function: - Ensure timely month end closure - Issue timely and complete financial statements - Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report - Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations - Provide for a system of management cost reports - Provide financial analyses as needed, for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations - Maintain records as per the Companies Act and IFRS Transaction Control Function: - Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner - Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly - Ensure that expenses are recorded properly - Maintaining of Fixed assets and related records - Draft and maintain SOPs - Maintain the chart of accounts - Maintain an orderly accounting filing system - Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions - Control to be established at every stage and monitored regularly - Facilitate Statutory audit, internal audit., tax audit (direct and indirect), TP audit, etc Requirement: - CA / Semi qualified - CA with 3-4 Years of relevant experience - Semi-qualified with 5-7 Years of experience
