Key Responsibilities - Strategize, develop and execute marketing interventions (campaigns, alliances and programs for A.in corporate brand - Develop long term strategic roadmap in sync with brand vision and on-ground progress - Partner with creative agencies, research and media partners to create integrated marketing plans - Responsible for the local market segment, competition, global trends and consumer analysis that help you determine your marketing strategy. - Propose, analyze & summarize stakeholder research to drive insights Key Requirements : - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders - 5+ years of marketing experience - At least 5 years of recent & continuous experience of brand marketing, brand building and Equity-led work on a scale brand with a rich body of shareable work. - Brand Marketing experience in a large corporate/conglomerate set up - Strong integrated marketing skills - Insight to Media GTM - Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
