Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader with a proven track record in the NBFC sector, particularly in new retail initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative financial products and services, shaping Spinny's new retail NBFC offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with Spinny's overall business goals.

- Define and communicate a compelling vision for new retail financial products and services.

Product Development:

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

- Build and manage a high-performing product team capable of bringing innovative NBFC solutions to market.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless product delivery.

Innovation and Market Analysis:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the new retail NBFC space.

- Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

Risk Management:

- Develop robust risk management strategies to ensure the stability and sustainability of new retail NBFC products.

- Implement effective risk mitigation measures and compliance frameworks.
