About the role : - Provide inspired leadership for the organization. - Manage P&L of the Hub. - Assigning targets to the team. - Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. - Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning. - Work with senior stakeholders. - Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. - Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Requirements : - 2 to 5 years of experience managing operations in a Startup or fast-paced environment with some experience towards P&L. - Experience in management, operations, and leadership. - Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.
