About the role :

You will be working on new market entry for Spinny, which would include strategic planning & executing the launch of new geographies and new categories. You will be working in close coordination with the core leadership team, with a focus on building brand Spinny in alignment with its core principles of delivering premium customer experience & satisfaction.

An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with good analytical and communication skills, who is interested in working in an entrepreneurial setup. Interested candidates must have good first principles thinking approach, backed by a mission-driven execution focus and outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must be good at establishing new and managing existing relationships.

Spinny is a tech-enabled fast-growing startup that is re-imagining the used car buying experience in India. Spinny was featured in the '50 Hot Tech Companies Globally' by Crunchbase in 2019. The core team consists of IIT and IIM graduates with 45 yrs. of professional experience of working in venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, and e-commerce industries. We are backed by top venture capital firms - Accel Partners, SAIF Partners, The Fundamentum Partnership, General Catalyst, Alteria Capital, & Blume Ventures.

Key responsibilities:

- Planning, and execution of new city launch from scratch along with the central team

- Help build the business in a new geography/category from scratch and manage operations till achieving minimum threshold volume

- Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables

- Helping in hiring of local supply, servicing, customer experience, and sales teams

- Working with key business partners (i.e. infra, dealers) pan India to streamline and smoothen the expansion process

- Implement city wide pilots for new customer acquisition

- Ensuring process and policy adherence across functions

Requirements:

- 2 to 4 yrs. of professional work experience, preferably have worked at a high growth startup in an operations-driven role either growing established operations at scale or setting up of new categories/verticals

- Tier 1 college postgraduate / MBA degree

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Excellent written, communication, research and analytical skills

- Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solutions

Note: This role requires extensive travel as per business requirements
