Job Description:

Join our team at Spinny as a Company Secretary specializing in Non-Banking Financial Services. Your role will ensure we comply with regulations and maintain good governance practices.

Responsibilities:

- Advise our leadership team on governance matters, ensuring we follow the rules and regulations of the non-banking financial services sector.

- Handle registrations and filings with regulatory bodies, keeping our records up-to-date.

- Organize and document board meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

- Provide legal guidance, stay informed about industry changes, and help us adapt.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address legal and compliance issues.

- Updated with the latest regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

- Should be a Member of ICSI.

- 4 - 6 years of experience as a Company Secretary, preferably in the non-banking financial services sector.

- Strong understanding of governance principles and regulations in the industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
