About the role & What will you do : - Create happy buyers and sellers by delivering consistently on the brand promise. - Manage P&L of a city from Day 0. - Recruit, train and motivate a team from scratch to 500+ in 2 Years - As a city head, you will be responsible for managing supply and sales of the city. - Your role will entail building a team of technicians, inside sales and retail sales team. - Building relationships with existing car dealers, affiliates, finance, and insurance companies. - Manage multiple Spinny stores and drive sales. - Manage the supply of cars for the region. Skills needed to achieve the above: - Appetite to build a consumer brand, manage customer queries and spend considerable time with customers. - Entrepreneurial skills are a must, to run the city like an independent venture. - Ability and hunger to build something from scratch - Maturity to recruit, train and motivate a large team - Should be very number driven. - Motivation to handle and meet customers personally and drive sales. Who will be fit in the role: - Who has 3-4 years of experience of P/L Management? - Engineering degree from Tier 1 colleges, (MBA from IIM/ISB would be plus but not mandatory) - Candidates with prior experience in managing a team and having 1-2 years of sales experience would be preferred - Enthusiasm about cars is a must.
